First of All: Is It Safe?
Absolutely. There’s still a lot of mysticism surrounding hypnosis. Concerns such as losing control while in hypnosis, doing something against their will, or never coming out of the hypnotic trance are still prevalent in the minds of many. These are merely myths that have not yet been exposed to the reality of hypnosis. You are always in control during a session. In fact, hypnosis is scientific and accepted internationally as an effective means of resolving issues of the mind and body.

A Massage For Your Mind
No different than relaxation or therapeutic massages work wonders on aching muscles, I feel hypnosis does the same for your mind. The intent of every session in hypnosis is to have the client emerge feeling wonderfully peaceful, rejuvenated, rested, and perhaps in touch with a part of themselves previously dormant - not unlike working those muscles "you never knew you had".

How Does It Work?
We work together to create a state of mental and physical relaxation that will allow me to communicate directly with your subconscious mind, bypassing your critical consciousness – the part that guards against change from your imbedded patterns.
The subconscious mind is where we hold our deepest and longest-lasting emotions and behaviors that ultimately manifest in our lives today in various undesirable ways.
During hypnosis, we work together to resolve those deep rooted issues so that they no longer affect you today. As anyone who has ever pulled weeds knows - you have to get it from the root in order to eliminate it permanently. That’s what makes hypnosis so powerful.
